Google Tensor G5 launched in 2025 for flagship Pixel smartphones. Built on a 3 nm process, it has 8 CPU cores in total and a maximum clock speed of 3.78 GHz. It first appeared in the Pixel 10 smartphone series.
Tensor G5 uses TSMC’s 3 nm process and an updated image signal processor. It supports on-device Gemini Nano and works with Titan M2 to generate secure C2PA photo metadata on compatible Pixel 10 phones.
