HiSilicon Kirin 8020 arrived in May 2025 in Huawei nova 14 Pro and nova 14 Ultra. It targets mid-range and upper mid-range smartphones, with eight physical CPU cores running at up to approximately 2.28 GHz. Available reports point to a 7 nm manufacturing process.
