HiSilicon Kirin 9030S debuted in April 2026 in Huawei Pura 90 Pro and Pura 90 Pro Max. It targets flagship smartphones, with eight physical CPU cores running at up to 2.7 GHz. It uses the SMIC N+3 process, described in reviews as 5 nm class; Huawei has not confirmed an exact nanometre designation.
