MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Pro debuted in April 2025 for CMF Phone 2 Pro. It targets mid-range 5G smartphones and uses a TSMC 4 nm manufacturing process. The chip has eight CPU cores in total and a maximum clock speed of 2.5 GHz. CMF Phone 2 Pro was the first smartphone announced with this chip variant.
