Samsung introduced the Exynos 1280 in 2022 for mid-range smartphones. It uses a 5 nm manufacturing process and has 8 CPU cores running at up to 2.4 GHz. Samsung Galaxy A33 5G / Galaxy A53 5G was among the first devices to use it.
