Philips has launched the 31.5-inch 32E3N3800L monitor in China for CNY 1399 (about $209). Its VA panel offers 3840 x 2160 resolution at 60Hz, with a typical brightness of 350 nits and a 3000:1 contrast ratio.

Specifications include 99.9% sRGB, 8-bit plus FRC colour and a stated 4ms GtG response. Connections comprise two HDMI 2.1 ports, DisplayPort 1.4 and 3.5mm audio.
