From November 2, the 16GB Raspberry Pi 5 costs $385, an $80 increase. The 16GB Compute Module 5 variants rise by $40. Pi 500+ keeps its current price despite also having 16GB of RAM.

Eben Upton cites limited alternative supply for 16GB DRAM and other component shortages. Raspberry Pi says it intends to roll back increases when memory costs fall.
