Google Tensor G6 launched in 2026 for flagship Pixel smartphones. Built on a 3 nm process, it has 7 CPU cores in total and a maximum clock speed of 4.11 GHz. It first appeared in the Pixel 11 smartphone series.
In the Pixel 11 series, Tensor G6 combines updated CPU, TPU and imaging components for on-device Gemini Nano and computational photography. Working with the separate Titan M3, it supports post-quantum cryptography to protect device boot.
