This is a 2013 model with the Apple A6. Check the requirements of the apps you actually need before buying: older software and hardware can sharply limit your options. It is a compromise as a main phone today.
Battery condition matters more than old tests
A used Apple iPhone 5C may have lost a substantial part of its original battery capacity. Check its condition and replacement history: launch-day battery figures do not describe an individual phone after years of use.
Another cable for Lightning
Charging uses a Lightning cable. If your other devices already use USB-C, that means keeping another cable around, and this port is not built for fast large-file transfers either.
