Pros
Our editorial view of this model’s strengths and limitations.
The 12.2-inch screen on Blackview MEGA 12 5G gives videos, large documents and study materials more room than a phone.
MediaTek Dimensity 7200 is a practical fit for browsing, video calls and everyday apps. The battery is rated at 10000 mAh; actual runtime depends on brightness, connectivity and workload.
A configuration with 12 GB of physical RAM and 256 GB of storage is available, alongside microSD support. A card is handy for videos and documents, leaving internal storage for apps.
A refresh rate up to 120 Hz makes scrolling and transitions smoother. This helps in feeds and menus, while game frame rates still depend on the game and its settings.
The 5G version offers mobile data, so you do not have to tether a phone every time you work away from home. You still need a compatible SIM, a data plan and network coverage.
The 4-speaker system lets you watch videos without headphones. A microSD slot adds room for downloaded films, photos and documents.
The 10000 mAh battery supports 55 W charging. It offers room to work away from a socket, though actual endurance depends on how you use it.
How do we assess advantages and disadvantages?
Our editorial assessment draws on specifications, manufacturer documentation and available material about the model. It does not imply our own laboratory testing. We distinguish physical RAM from virtual expansion; features and box contents can vary by market. Reference prices are conversions; check the store for the final price of an offer.
