The specification does not list built-in GPS. If you need independent route recording without a phone, choose a model with a confirmed satellite receiver.
TFT offers less deep blacks and contrast than AMOLED. At 280 x 320, small text also looks less smooth, so it is worth checking whether the screen suits you.
