Pros
Our editorial view of this model’s strengths and limitations.
Cubot KingKong ES Pro pairs a 5100 mAh battery with familiar Android software. The 6/128 GB configuration provides room for everyday apps and photos. The 6 GB RAM figure refers to physical memory, without virtual expansion.
The 90 Hz display makes scrolling through pages and menus look smoother. Its 6.56-inch size is handy for messages, videos and maps. That helps in everyday use, although game frame rates still depend on the chipset.
The stated IP68/IP69K protection is useful around dust and rain when working outdoors. This makes the phone worth considering for travel and field work where a conventional slim phone would need extra protection. The rating does not make it immune to every drop.
