Lenovo Tab Extreme 5G — Advantages

Smartphone editorial team · Updated:

Pros

Our editorial view of this model’s strengths and limitations.

Lenovo Tab Extreme 5G has a 14.5-inch display with a 3000 × 1876 resolution and refresh rate up to 120 Hz. It gives documents, videos and study materials plenty of room.

MediaTek Dimensity 9000 offers plenty of headroom for multitasking, drawing and games. The 120 Hz screen makes scrolling smoother, although game frame rates depend on settings and the game itself.

The 12300 mAh battery supports 68 W charging. It offers room to work away from a socket, though actual endurance depends on how you use it.

The 14.5-inch 120 Hz OLED is well suited to films, with deep blacks and enough room for two windows. Eight JBL speakers complement the large display.

Support for Lenovo Precision Pen 3 lets you take handwritten notes and annotate documents. Check the exact product code to see which pen and other accessories are included.

USB 3.2 Gen 1 is useful for large file transfers, and USB-C video output can connect a compatible monitor. You will need a suitable cable or adapter.

The 5G version offers mobile data, so you do not have to tether a phone every time you work away from home. You still need a compatible SIM, a data plan and network coverage.

How do we assess advantages and disadvantages?

Our editorial assessment draws on specifications, manufacturer documentation and available material about the model. It does not imply our own laboratory testing. We distinguish physical RAM from virtual expansion; features and box contents can vary by market. Reference prices are conversions; check the store for the final price of an offer.
