The flexible inner screen needs more care than ordinary glass. The crease can show at an angle, and sand or fine dust should be kept away from the hinge. IP48 does not mean dust-tight protection, making beaches or workshops less suitable environments.
There is no dedicated telephoto camera. Distant subjects rely on digital zoom, which loses fine textures as you zoom further. A phone with optical zoom is more convenient for concerts, wildlife or portraits from a distance.
There is no microSD slot, so storage cannot be expanded with a card. The system and apps use some of the 256 GB. If you record plenty of video, you will need to move files to a computer or cloud storage periodically.
