nubia Z80 Ultra — Disadvantages

Smartphone editorial team · Updated:

Cons

Our editorial view of this model’s strengths and limitations.

The 35 mm main camera has a narrower view than the usual wide main cameras on many phones. In a small room or for a group photo, you may need to step back or switch lenses. Its framing takes some getting used to.

The front camera sits beneath the screen, keeping the display free of a cut-out. However, the screen layer makes clear selfies harder to capture, especially in poor light. It is a trade-off for frequent video calls and self-portraits.

The 6.85-inch display is generous for content but not ideal for every hand. Reaching the top corners may require shifting your grip. If compactness and one-handed use matter, check the size before buying.

How do we assess advantages and disadvantages?

Our editorial assessment draws on specifications, manufacturer documentation and available material about the model. It does not imply our own laboratory testing. We distinguish physical RAM from virtual expansion; features and box contents can vary by market. Reference prices are conversions; check the store for the final price of an offer.
