Cons
Our editorial view of this model’s strengths and limitations.
This is an LCD, so it cannot match AMOLED’s deep blacks and contrast. The difference is particularly noticeable in dark scenes in an unlit room; compare displays in person if that matters to you.
The main camera has no optical stabilisation. You will need steadier hands in low light, and electronic video stabilisation is not a substitute for OIS when taking photos.
There is no ultrawide or dedicated telephoto camera. The auxiliary camera does not add another useful field of view, so groups and landscapes may require stepping back, while distant details rely on digital zoom.
Video tops out at Full HD at 30 fps, with no 4K or smoother Full HD 60 recording. That is enough for short clips, but leaves less flexibility for travel videos and moving subjects.
How do we assess advantages and disadvantages?
Our editorial assessment draws on specifications, manufacturer documentation and available material about the model. It does not imply our own laboratory testing. We distinguish physical RAM from virtual expansion; features and box contents can vary by market. Reference prices are conversions; check the store for the final price of an offer.
