Cons
Our editorial view of this model’s strengths and limitations.
The flexible inner screen needs more care than ordinary rigid glass. Its crease can be visible at an angle, and sand or grit around the hinge is an extra risk, making this a less convenient design for the beach.
The IPX4 rating should not be confused with protection for underwater use. It helps with everyday splashes, but you still need to take care around pools or at the beach.
There is no wireless charging, so you need a cable to top up. Maximum SUPERVOOC power also requires a compatible charger and cable; an ordinary adapter may charge the phone more slowly.
At 245 g, the weight is noticeable during long reading or photography sessions. Check the grip before buying: a large display does not always mean comfortable one-handed use.
How do we assess advantages and disadvantages?
Our editorial assessment draws on specifications, manufacturer documentation and available material about the model. It does not imply our own laboratory testing. We distinguish physical RAM from virtual expansion; features and box contents can vary by market. Reference prices are conversions; check the store for the final price of an offer.
