Cons
Our editorial view of this model’s strengths and limitations.
The global version has no LTE/eSIM, so ordinary Bluetooth calls need a nearby phone. Wear OS models also cannot pair with an iPhone; they require a compatible Android phone with Google services.
Charging requires the dedicated contact charger. A standard Qi pad will not replace it, so you need to pack the watch charger when travelling.
The 43 mm version has a smaller battery: its rated 60 hours fall short of the larger Watch 3’s 120 hours. It also omits the larger model’s sapphire cover and skin-temperature sensor.
How do we assess advantages and disadvantages?
Our editorial assessment draws on specifications, manufacturer documentation and available material about the model. It does not imply our own laboratory testing. We distinguish physical RAM from virtual expansion; features and box contents can vary by market. Reference prices are conversions; check the store for the final price of an offer.
