OxygenOS Watch 7.1 has no Google Play access, so app choice is much narrower than on Wear OS. NFC does not support bank-card payments. There is no LTE/eSIM, so calls require a Bluetooth connection to a phone.
Charging requires the dedicated contact charger. A standard Qi pad will not replace it, so you need to pack the watch charger when travelling.
The cover is glass rather than sapphire. Keep the risk of scratches in mind if you work around hard surfaces or use the watch outdoors.
