Cons
Our editorial view of this model’s strengths and limitations.
Limited sharpness for the screen size
At 6.7 inches, the 720 × 1600 resolution makes small text less crisp than on a Full HD+ display. Video and large interface elements are less demanding, but reading can reveal the difference.
No optical stabilisation
The main camera lacks OIS. In dim light, hold the phone steady or rest it on something: a high megapixel count alone cannot prevent motion blur.
Mobile connectivity stops at 4G
This is the LTE version of the Samsung Galaxy A05, with no 5G support. Everyday online services still work over 4G, but it cannot connect to a carrier’s 5G network.
