Cons
Our editorial view of this model’s strengths and limitations.
No optical stabilisation
The main camera lacks OIS. In dim light, hold the phone steady or rest it on something: a high megapixel count alone cannot prevent motion blur.
Mobile connectivity stops at 4G
This is the LTE version of the Samsung Galaxy A05s, with no 5G support. Everyday online services still work over 4G, but it cannot connect to a carrier’s 5G network.
No stereo speaker pair
There is no stereo speaker setup. It covers speakerphone calls and short clips, but headphones are a better fit for music, games and films.
