Pros
Our editorial view of this model’s strengths and limitations.
Compact in a pocket
Folding in half reduces the height, while opening reveals a large 6.9-inch display. We like this compromise for a small bag. Try the folded body first: it is shorter but thicker than a conventional smartphone.
An outer display for brief interactions
The 4.1-inch screen helps with quick information checks and framing. Not every action requires unfolding. People happy with short replies and a glance at notifications will benefit most.
A camera without a separate tripod
You can rest the partly folded phone on a table for shooting and use the outer display to frame selfies with the main camera. This is a tangible benefit of the construction, easier to appreciate than another decorative software feature.
