Cons
Our editorial view of this model’s strengths and limitations.
No pen support
The Fold7 does not support the S Pen. Anyone using a Fold6 for handwritten notes or precise document annotations will need to reconsider that workflow.
Unchanged battery capacity
Capacity remains at 4400 mAh. The larger inner display does not come with a larger energy reserve, which matters for intensive work away from a socket.
Conservative charging
Wired charging at 25 W is modest for this class of device. Recharging needs planning, particularly when the phone serves as a tablet while travelling.
