Room for two tasks
The 8-inch display gives a conversation and a document, or a map and notes, more room side by side. We like being able to expand the workspace only when needed. The outer screen remains available for quick replies.
A dedicated telephoto camera
The 200 MP main camera is accompanied by a 50 MP ultrawide and 3× optical zoom. These serve different subjects. For us, the choice of perspective matters more than a megapixel figure on the box.
More attention to battery and charging
A 5,000 mAh battery and 45 W charging address two modest Fold7 specifications. Wireless charging is convenient too. Endurance still depends on how much you use the large display; the energy reserve is not unlimited.
