Reduced S Pen features
The pen loses Bluetooth and remote Air Actions. It can no longer act as a remote camera shutter as it did on the S24 Ultra.
Large dimensions
The 6.9-inch display suits content, but the body takes up pocket space and often needs two hands. A compact S25 can be more comfortable for basic daily tasks.
Conservative battery hardware
The 5000 mAh battery and 45 W wired charging add no new capability over the S24 Ultra. They provide little reason to upgrade on their own.
