Cons
Our editorial view of this model’s strengths and limitations.
Rugged does not mean indestructible. Seals and port covers must remain intact, and protection is limited to the conditions in the manual. Drops and wear can reduce water resistance.
The 1340 × 800 resolution is modest for a 8.68-inch screen. Small text and photo detail are less crisp than on Full HD or 2K panels, making it less suitable for dense PDFs.
Charging at 18 W is fairly slow for the 7100 mAh battery. Before a long trip, plan ahead rather than relying on a few minutes at a socket.
UNISOC T7250 is best suited to simple tasks. Demanding games and many apps running together can push it hard, especially in configurations with less RAM.
Mobile connectivity stops at LTE; there is no 5G. LTE is generally enough for browsing and video calls, but it lacks support for newer 5G networks.
How do we assess advantages and disadvantages?
Our editorial assessment draws on specifications, manufacturer documentation and available material about the model. It does not imply our own laboratory testing. We distinguish physical RAM from virtual expansion; features and box contents can vary by market. Reference prices are conversions; check the store for the final price of an offer.
