No 4K selfie video
The front camera tops out at Full HD. That is enough for video calls, but leaves less detail than 4K when you crop footage while editing.
No eSIM
The global Xiaomi 13 Ultra uses two physical nano-SIM cards. Unlike Xiaomi 13 and 13 Pro, it cannot download an eSIM profile for a trip.
