There is no LTE connection, so calls need a phone within Bluetooth range. A 5 ATM rating does not make it a diving watch, and heart-rate or SpO₂ readings do not replace a medical assessment.
The case weighs 44.5 g without its strap and is about 47 mm wide. It can feel large on a slim wrist, so try it on before buying, especially if you plan to wear it overnight.
